Shane Massey has a specific plan to address the problems plaguing our area and our state.

This week Shane will be releasing his 5 Point Plan To Shake Up Columbia. Below you will find a sneak preview of Shane’s 5 Point Plan. He will be releasing specific plans all week and talking with voters between 7:30 – 9:30 am every morning at “Shane’s Shake Up Street Chats.” He will be passing out coffee and muffins and talking about his plan to shake up the Columbia status quo.

SHANE MASSEY’S 5 POINT PLAN TO SHAKE UP COLUMBIA

1. Create Jobs

We can create jobs by building a pro-business environment and reducing the tax burden on working families. Lowering the income tax on individuals and private businesses will energize our economy and spur small business development. We must also stop playing politics with job creation and work together to get the job done.

2. Fight Illegal Immigration

Illegal immigration must be fought at the state level by linking state and federal law enforcement and increasing penalties on businesses who hire and individuals who harbor illegal aliens.

3. Concentrate on Education

We must stop playing politics with education and be open to all ideas that may improve our public education system. Our education system must be held more accountable for money spent, and our resources need to be taken out of bureaucracy and put into the classroom.

4. Restore Accountability to Government

We must limit state spending and government should be restructured for efficiency and effectiveness. We must also clean up government and restore integrity to public service.

5. Defend our Families

The Internet is being used as a tool to degrade our values as our children are being targeted with pornography and violence. We must increase penalties on child predators while protecting our South Carolina values

    I couldn’t understand some parts of this article nt Plan to Shake Up Columbia : Shake Up Columbia with Shane Massey, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.

    I have to say, that I could not agree with you in 100% regarding nt Plan to Shake Up Columbia : Shake Up Columbia with Shane Massey, but it’s just my opinion, which could be wrong :)
