Have you heard?

Another politician was caught up in a scandal. This time it was USSenator Larry Craig (R-Idaho) who was arrested during a sex sting in anairport bathroom.

Scandals are rocking government at all levels. $90,000 was found in aCongressman’s freezer. A US Senator admitted to having used a DC“escort service.” A Congressman was caught sending explicit sexualemails to a teenage boy. A high-powered lobbyist has been sent to jailand numerous Congressmen and staffers are in trouble after being linkedto his firm. All those violations of our trust have happened inWashington in just the past couple years.

But don’t think that those kinds of bad behavior only happen in Washington.

Here in South Carolina two statewide constitutional officers have been indicted on federal charges in just the past three years.

IT’S TIME TO SHAKE UP THE STATUS QUO!

And it’s time to dump politics as usual. As your State Senator, I promise that I will never betray your trust.

I will be in constant contact with you and make constituent services one of my top priorities.

I will also demand stricter ethics laws to crack down on unethical and immoral behavior by elected officials.

Most importantly, I will demand ACCOUNTABILITY from the politicians.

I hope I can count on your vote Tuesday, September 18th.
